
Youth Justice Conference Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Youth Justice Conference Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in preparing for and facilitating youth justice conferences following the principles of restorative justice.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare for and facilitate youth justice conferences, inviting and meeting with conference participants, and facilitating the conference conversation and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain community networks and relationships with local police, cultural groups, support services, and other community agencies.
- Work collaboratively with multicultural and Aboriginal young people, families, and victims.
- Show an interest in working with young people, families, and victims of crime.
- Be available to complete mandatory training and willing to travel.
- Possession of a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's license.
- National Criminal History Check.
- Access to your own personal computer with internet access and mobile phone.
- NSW Working with Children Check Clearance (WWCC).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including outside business hours and weekends.
