Job Overview
A well-established organisation seeks an experienced Billings administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Billing Administration Team, you will be responsible for confirming runsheets, reviewing automatic confirmations, and reconciling external invoices.
Main Responsibilities
- Confirming runsheets where necessary
- Reviewing automatic confirmation for errors, and releasing postpone jobs as required
- Reconciling external subcontractor invoices
- Matching purchase orders to confirm tipping
- Maintaining Supervisor/Manager informed of issues
- Attending regular team meetings
- Providing information on tasks to stakeholders as instructed
- Supporting the Billing Administration Team with daily administrative tasks
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Accounts roles focusing on reconciliation or billings
- Proficiency in using SAP advantageous
