Senior Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms

Our team of experienced professionals seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the design, delivery and support of platform implementations in collaboration with clients.


About The Role

The ideal candidate will lead a team of functional consultants and be responsible for:


  • Utilizing experience in CRM systems, Sales, Service and Marketing principles to drive successful implementations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their business needs are met.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to help them grow in their careers.

Key Skills and Experience Required
  • Deep understanding of D365 CE platforms across modules.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
  • Experience across multiple industries or segments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and business analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD, DevOps and data manipulation.
