Job Opportunity: Production Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at Ridley AgriProducts in Narangba.

  • Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor milling equipment for optimal production.
  • Conduct quality control measures to meet product standards.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues to prevent downtime.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following established procedures.
  • Support inventory management and keep the workspace organized.
Requirements:
  • Forklift license required.
  • A commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
