Technical Support Specialist

This role entails providing comprehensive technical assistance to internal employees through various mediums, including phone calls, emails, and remote connections.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop support for hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Essential O365 experience with software and hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's.
  • Support Active Directory (users, mailbox management), Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems).
  • Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
  • People with Limited-Service Desk Experience of 1 year in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support Analyst, or Technical Support can apply.
  • Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
  • Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
  • Complex Software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Network (triaging, fault diagnostic, root cause analysis)

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • NV2 Security Clearance preferred. Minimum NV1 security clearance must have for this role.
  • Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
  • Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment.
  • Experience with supporting physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers).
  • Active Directory (users, mailbox management )
  • Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems)
  • Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support Standalone Support
