We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer Trainee to join our team at Prosple Pty. As a Field Engineer Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our engineers and specialists on the wellsite, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the oilfield business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Competency: Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to perform operations, operate equipment, and be accountable for jobs at the end of the training period.
  • Learn Essential Rig Components: Learn about the different roles of service companies and develop an understanding of essential rig components.
  • Provide Pre- and Post-Job Support: Provide support to engineers and specialists at the wellsite and base location, including risk analysis.
  • Assist with Rig-Up and Rig-Down: Assist with the rig-up and rig-down of tools and equipment at the wellsite.
  • Contribute to Wellsite Reports: Contribute to the preparation of wellsite reports.
  • Participate in Post-Job Debriefings: Participate in post-job debriefings to discuss lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Work Rights: Available to applicants in Australia, Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, or New Zealand Permanent Resident.
