Order Management Team Director

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the end-to-end order management function across product and service sales.
This role involves overseeing the entire order management process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless customer experiences and meeting business objectives.
- Lead an order management team, coach and mentor team members, and build their performance and capability to ensure they achieve their professional growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to align customer obligations and take ownership of escalations.
- Drive process improvements and support digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
