Guest Experience Ambassador

Welcome guests at our beachside resort and create memorable stays. Ensure directions, answer enquiries, drive buggies, and provide facilities information.

Deliver exceptional customer service, remain calm under pressure, and know the local area. This role requires flexibility in working hours between 25-30 hours a week across a 7-day rotating roster.

This is an opportunity to work in a beautiful award-winning resort with excellent working rights within Australia required. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of resort facilities and promotions
  • Assisting with physical lifting and movement of luggage and other items
  • Upkeeping a high level of professionalism and adhering to guest confidentiality procedures
  • Displaying a professional image through personal presentation and communication
