Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include managing the reservation book, ensuring fair seating arrangements, greeting guests, recommending amenities, and collaborating with front and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional meals according to specifications and guest requests.

This position also involves following up with guests regarding service quality, resolving conflicts efficiently, and communicating effectively with internal and external guests.

  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure fair seating arrangements for servers and guests
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and presenting menus
  • Recommend wine, spirits, and other amenities to enhance the dining experience
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve predetermined objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising, and promotion
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in fine dining and/or Food and Beverage preferred
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification required
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on guest services
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external guests
  • Knowledge of spirits/wine a plus
  • Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems
  • Valid gaming license required
  • Pass a mandatory drug test
  • Provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Communicate proficiently in English

Physical Demands:

Ability to perform all job requirements, including lifting at least 25 pounds

Work Environment:
