About the Role:

WorkPac is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage and execute outstanding projects. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with agreed terms and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering and negotiating contracts to ensure alignment with initial agreements.
  • Addressing and managing any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Effectively managing contract specifics.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience within contracts administration within the South Australian Market.
  • Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects and roles valued at $30M or more.
  • Strong grasp of contract negotiation, variations, and RFI's.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
