About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and data needs and develop effective BI solutions.
  • Design and develop high-quality dataflows and datasets that meet business requirements.
  • Assist with business uptake of BI reports, dashboards, self-service, and digital literacy.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of existing reports, datasets, and dataflows.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop professional documentation, including report requirements and technical design documents.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance company standards, products, and capability.
  • Collaborate with data stewards and other professionals to design solutions or resolve issues.
