Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Gamuda Engineering in Sydney, Australia. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation within our organization by utilizing your expertise in data analytics, engineering processes, and Autodesk ACC software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement Digital Engineering (DE) initiatives to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Evaluate and integrate new software solutions to support Common Data Environment (CDE), Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Project Management, Field Management, and Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive DE documentation and standards to ensure ISO compliance.
  • Implement and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to existing employees and new hires on DE tools and processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering or data analytics.
  • Proven experience with Autodesk ACC software suite and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of CDE, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
