As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best course of action for injured workers
  • Collaborate with workplaces to identify and mitigate risks, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, working closely with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Provide expert opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing
  • Manage complex cases, liaising with treating doctors and health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
Additional Services:
  • Deliver pre-employment assessments, including drug and alcohol testing, audiology, and functional testing
  • Develop job dictionaries and manual task risk assessments
  • Provide interactive manual handling training and stretching and warm-up programs
  • Conduct workplace-based, home-based, and vehicle-based ergonomic assessments
