Strategy Director Position

As a Strategy Director, you will build bridges between brands and consumers at the forefront of advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement end-to-end customer experience strategies through research, auditing, understanding consumer behaviors, and trend analysis.
  • Develop distinct audience segmentations connected to strategic decisions and creative ways-in.
  • Create cohesive strategies built on clear narratives, leveraging qualitative and cultural mining, and insightful synthesis of quantitative research.
  • Synthesize data and research to find interesting consumer insights that can be leveraged as opportunities.
  • Support teams in crafting social content, outreach, caption banks, and trendjacking posts with ease.
  • Leverage advertising tools, research, and platforms to perform content audits, collaborate with the media team, and provide holistic success measurement frameworks.
Nice to Have:
  • 7+ years of experience as a strategist in a creative agency, with at least 2 years in market development.
  • Able to deliver work independently on all tasks, achieving results at pace with energy and drive.
  • Active participation and leadership in collaborative sessions with clients and teams.
  • Strong sense of priority level and urgency, with ability to act on critical differences between the two.
