Revenue Officer Job Description

Celotti Workforce is seeking a skilled Revenue Officer to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to external customers and staff in relation to revenue enquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the public and relevant stakeholders to resolve revenue-related matters.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on revenue and debtor matters to customers and staff.
  • Maintain sound customer relationships to ensure all customers feel valued and heard.
  • Process revenue and debtor-related activities and associated amendments.
  • Assist in the preparation, input, and checking of payment-related transactions concerning the rates and debtor ledgers.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance-related position, including using finance systems and Excel.
  • Completed a National Police Check within the last 6 months.
  • Preferred: Experience using Authority system.
