
Production Leadership and Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Laboratory Production Scientist to lead our production team and drive the development of new quality control materials.
- Leading a team of laboratory scientists, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Driving innovation in the development of novel quality control materials, including planning, pilot work, and transitioning successful prototypes to full production.
- Managing complex contract-production projects, maintaining clear communication with clients, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing the entire production process from start to finish.
- Serving as the primary technical support for both production and post-production testing, providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
- Overseeing precise laboratory production processes—such as blood fractionation, pH adjustments, and analytical balance usage—to ensure all procedures align with our high standards.
This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to develop professionally while making a meaningful contribution to healthcare diagnostics.
Requirements- A degree in Biomedical Science or a related field, paired with several years of experience in pathology (biochemistry, endocrinology) or the IVD industry.
- Proven expertise in laboratory production techniques and extensive experience in post-production testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and supporting a team.
Experience with large-scale manufacturing of quality control materials is advantageous, as is a hands-on approach to innovation and troubleshooting in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
