Dispensary Management Position

We are a leading medicinal cannabis pharmacy based on the Sunshine Coast, committed to delivering impeccable services to our customers. Our focus is not just on in-person dispensary operations, but also our robust postal service ensuring timely delivery for our remote clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of dispensary assistants. Ensure that all customer orders are attended to promptly, and all phone calls are answered efficiently.
  • KPI Reporting: You will be required to report daily to management on:
    • Order status
    • Customer inquiries and feedback.
    • Team performance and any training needs.
    • Stock inventory and requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and maintain the efficient operation of the dispensary, ensuring all systems, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly review and refine operational processes to ensure the highest level of service.
