Digital Product Manager And Operations Lead

As a Digital Product & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our growth and expansion plans. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us take our E-commerce platform to the next level.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for our ecommerce platform and apps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Support internal and external teams both physically and technically.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct user testing and analysis to continuously improve the user experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for future product development.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in ecommerce.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful digital products, from ideation to launch.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of UX and (web) design with programs like Adobe Photoshop.
  • A technical mindset, with basic knowledge of IT and coding languages.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
