Your Role

We're seeking Expressions of Interest for WFI Client Service Consultants for future intakes across various locations.

You'll work collaboratively in a team environment, requiring high communication, empathy, and resilience skills. In return, you'll be part of an engaging team that prioritizes community involvement and support.

You'll work full-time from our WFI office, Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered after the 6-month probation period, subject to business requirements. To work from home, you'll need: high-speed internet connectivity and a dedicated home office setup.

These are full-time positions with a maximum 12-month term, offering the potential to transition to permanent roles for suitable candidates. You'll work a standard 5-day week, Monday to Friday.

About You

  • Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to make informed decisions within established business guidelines and processes.
  • Well-developed rapport-building, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Underwriting and product knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of the general insurance industry is also desirable but not necessary.
