Key Refrigeration Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.

You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation works of a wide range of air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across commercial sites.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Service & Maintenance
    • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on various types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
    • Diagnose faults and perform repairs on electrical and mechanical components, ensuring systems are restored to full functionality.
  • Compliance & Standards
    • Work in accordance with industry regulations, technical standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
    • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, protocols, and procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Accurately complete service documentation, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
    • Use handheld devices to update job status, record findings, and communicate with internal teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    • Liaise professionally with clients, site contacts, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption to operations.
    • Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a small team.
  • Emergency Support
    • Participate in the emergency on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support as part of our 24/7 service commitment.
