Director of Product Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to lead the development and delivery of new products, enhancements, and releases to market.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, from planning to commercialization, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting market requirements.
- They will define the product roadmap, considering factors such as position in the life cycle, profitability, go-to-market strategies, client satisfaction, and sales success rates.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management documentation and process skills, and a solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle and scrum processes.
Requirements- 5+ years' experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner role, with at least 2 years' experience in people leadership.
- Experience in the SaaS FinTech / Payments / Banking space.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven analysis skills.
- Atlassian Suite user - Confluence and Jira.
