About the Role
Bluestone Recruitment is working with a well-known private developer to find an Assistant Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven exposure to medium density residential development and a minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, architecture, planning, project management or real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of a close-knit development team, you will under the leadership of a Development Director and Senior Development Manager, gaining exposure across the full development lifecycle. You will be involved in front-end design, town planning, sales & marketing and construction delivery.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven exposure to medium density residential development
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, architecture, planning, project management or real estate
- Experience working for a developer will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team
