About the Job

  • Conduct comprehensive medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation to ensure patient safety.
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharges to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide support to patients, carers, hospital staff, and other employees to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Offer education and guidance to staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and proper medication use.

About You

You are an experienced pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and brings a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-centered mindset.

Essential Requirements

  • General pharmacist registration with the relevant authority, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
  • Australian working rights valid for the duration of the contract.
  • Ability to commit to full-time employment for the duration of the contract.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Background in hospital pharmacy or similar settings.
  • Prior experience in clinical pharmacy or related fields.
