Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team at a leading healthcare facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for community pharmacists to transition into a hospital pharmacy setting and gain valuable experience.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a pharmacist in Australia and be registered with AHPRA with no restrictions on practice. They will also have Australian working rights and be able to commit to full-time employment for the duration of the contract.

  • Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions, and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and proper use of medicines
