Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker. About the Role

This casual position involves working a mix of day, afternoon, and night shifts throughout the week to ensure 24/7 care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, grooming, and dressing
  • Assisting with person transfers and mobility
  • Preparing meals
  • Completing light household duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Providing respite care and social support to enhance wellbeing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in providing personal care and domestic services to people with disabilities or in aged care
  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • A current Provide CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
  • A current National Police Check
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A current NDIS Workers Check
  • A Full Driver's License and access to your own car
