Lead Occupational Therapist

About the Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will lead, mentor and supervise a high-performing group of occupational therapists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.

  • Drive a collaborative culture that fosters positive outcomes for clients.
  • Provide expert guidance through quality assurance and strategic reviews to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to achieve team targets and develop annual business plans.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work is required.
  • You must be registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW.
  • A full working visa and Australian Driving License are mandatory.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants and prior work experience in an occupational rehabilitation setting is highly valued.
