Youth Justice Team Leader

The successful candidate will have experience in and passion for managing teams and resources ensuring smooth delivery of services and organisational change.
A key focus area will be the management of a team that contributes to the reduction of reoffending in young people, with a thorough understanding of the Youth Justice System required.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential with the ability to effectively build relationships with people at all levels.
A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent is required. Other tertiary qualifications at Advanced Diploma or above will be considered, only if they include units of study in case management/casework practice and has had supervised practical work placements.
Additionally, a full driver's licence is necessary due to the need to respond to emergencies across the state at short notice and outside business hours as required.
