Job Description

This is an entry-level position in our Urban Development and Structures teams. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse sectors and work environments.

  • You will assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
  • You will collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • You will create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • You will identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • You will ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers

  • Technical Research: Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
  • Collaboration: Work Collaboratively with Teams
  • Documentation: Create and Maintain Technical Documentation

Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
