Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services.

The role involves day-to-day clinical services, including service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), engaging in and leading clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice, and developing and communicating ideas for innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical service delivery under the NDIS
  • Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice
  • Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
  • Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
  • Work collaboratively with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
  • Actively participate in staff supervision process
  • Participate in student placements
  • Be solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Safety screening including WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
