As a Therapeutic Care Coordinator, you will provide guidance and support to care teams in delivering therapeutic care to young people in out-of-home care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Remain up-to-date with best practice in trauma-informed care, legislative knowledge, and licensing processes.
  • Offer advice on therapeutic strategies, behavior support planning, and case planning.
  • Advocate for the therapeutic needs of young people through engagement with stakeholders.
  • Promote Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
  • Deliver trusted advice and provide post-crisis support.
  • Facilitate case review functions and provide recommendations for care planning through Case Clinics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Values-based, professional, and trusted advice-giving skills.
  • People-focused and solution-oriented approach.
