This role will see you working within our 98 bed Residential Aged Care home in the leafy Brisbane suburb of Mitchelton, supporting our residents and staff. Typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focused assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.
About You- You must be passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community.
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain, a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain, a current Police Check.
- Able to work across day and afternoon shifts with the occasional night shift.
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights.
