Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Independent Agents from a financial perspective, ensuring seamless credit facilities management, accurate bank reconciliations, efficient Accounts Payable and Receivable processing for Travel Partners Holdings, and timely report compilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process AP and AR transactions with precision
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Transfer funds between accounts with ease
  • Investigate booking discrepancies and resolve them efficiently
  • Process and confirm internal payments with speed
  • Collaborate with the offshore team for optimal results
  • Liaise closely with TP Ticketing Team for effective communication
  • Enter payment files on Westpac COL without errors
  • Identify and follow up unknown transactions promptly
  • Maintain the Finance function in Tramada travel management system
  • Perform Month end activities with attention to detail
  • Assist with EOFY activities with diligence
  • Generate Sales Reporting and provide insightful analysis
  • Follow-up with TP outstanding Debtors (low volume)
  • Monitor and action TP Finance email and provide phone support as required
  • Participate in systems implementations and migrations for the business

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail for quality work
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
  • Great attitude and helpful approach towards colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration
  • Methodical and able to follow procedures consistently
  • Exceptional time-management & organisational skills for meeting deadlines
  • Extensive previous experience in transactional positions within the Travel Industry is highly regarded
  • Knowledge and interest in the Travel Industry is desirable
  • Experience with commercial Finance Software is desirable
  • Experience with Tramada Mid Office System is desirable
  • Accounting Graduate or Commerce degree is desirable
