We're looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a passion for learning about new products.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, where they've had to manage high volumes of stock and provide world-class service to customers. They'll also be self-motivated, ready to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
