Overview

Looking for a role that fills your cup? T2 Tea is hiring Seasonal Casual Sales Assistants to join its passionate team. These are fixed term casual roles from 3 November 2025 until 20 January 2026 to cover the busy holiday period.

About The Role

Provide world-class customer service to every customer. Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert. Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards. Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You
  • Acts with customer in mind.
  • Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and ready to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
