Customer Support and Account Management Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Account Management Representative to manage sales enquiries, support key accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of account pricing and delivery requirements to ensure seamless order processing.
- Support key accounts by processing orders using EDI, resolving customer issues proactively, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Process Goods Return Authority requests and complete weekly reports for order fill rates and held orders.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills over the phone, enabling you to build trust and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Excellent data entry and computer literacy (Excel & Word), with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- A background in electrical or electronics engineering would be advantageous, but not essential.
This role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive and flexible environment, with a competitive hourly rate of $35.86 per hour. Work is conducted on-site, requiring regular presence at our premises.
