Job Summary:

We are seeking a drainage engineer with extensive experience in rail infrastructure projects to join our team in North Sydney.

This role will involve providing technical drainage design input, coordination, and project delivery for major rail infrastructure projects locally and nationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables while collaborating with team members, contributors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and demonstrate advanced technical skills to ensure analysis and design tasks meet technical standards and client requirements.
  • Demonstrate good project management skills while accomplishing project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute actively to the commercial success of projects and the team, and contribute to successful business development.
Requirements:
  • A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field.
  • 4+ years industry experience in rail drainage design across transport infrastructure projects.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Proficiency in 12D and DRAINS software.
  • Familiarity with Australian standards.
