The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is the national regulator of NDIS providers, dedicated to ensuring safe, high-quality supports for people with disability.

We are seeking an accomplished senior executive to lead our national communications, engagement, and education functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee educational resources explaining obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across governments and the disability sector.
  • Ensure all communications are inclusive and accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA).
  • Identify digital opportunities to strengthen our communications and engagement approaches.
About the Role
  • Senior executive experience in communications, engagement, and/or education, preferably in a regulatory or human rights context.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practice and the rights of people with disability.
