Probate Law Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Probate Law Clerk to join our team in a boutique law firm. This is a key role that involves managing Probate files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and distribution of estates
  • Preparing Letters of Administration and Supreme Court Documents
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers, and other parties
  • File management
  • General administration

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position and a strong client service approach. You will also need well-developed time management skills, the ability to handle a large volume of files, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
