The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital is a specialist hospital in eye and ear care, providing services across Victoria. As Australia's only specialist eye, ear, nose and throat hospital, we have been caring for the senses for 150 years.

We offer almost 60 different outpatient clinics for diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of vision and hearing loss. Our 24-hour emergency service provides urgent care for eye and ear, nose and throat conditions. Every year we care for over 220,000 patients, with over 160,000 outpatients and nearly 44,000 emergency patients.

About the Role

This part-time role reports to the Director, Philanthropy and Fundraising, managing the day-to-day operations within the Philanthropy and Fundraising office. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service to donors and supporters, process donations, manage the donor database (iMIS), and provide administrative assistance to the team.
