About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a critical role in our organization. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for making a significant impact in the real estate investment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor economic, regulatory, and residential sector conditions to identify new opportunities and manage risk.
  • Manage market intelligence and strategic research to formulate and regularly update a targeted national acquisition strategy.
  • Contribute to the annual asset class review to ensure strategies remain robust and effective.
  • Lead transaction due diligence and conduct detailed financial modelling of property and capital level inputs.
  • Assist with managing external consultants and preparing project plans and investment memoranda for approval.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals. You should have strong strategic capabilities, drive to deliver results, business acumen, and sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Estate Master software is essential.
