We are seeking a skilled investment professional to join our team as an Associate Advisor.

About the Opportunity
  • As an Associate Advisor, you will work closely with Directors and senior portfolio managers to deliver tailored investment strategies and deepen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior advisers to develop and implement bespoke investment and wealth management strategies for high net worth clients and self-managed super funds (SMSFs).
  • Prepare and present comprehensive portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and strategic advice documents.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and contribute to investment strategy discussions.
  • Manage and execute market orders across relevant trading systems.
  • Maintain accurate client records in industry-standard platforms.
  • Participate in client meetings, contributing to relationship management and advice delivery.
  • E nsure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
About You
  • You must have proven experience in broking, funds management, or private wealth advice.
  • A degree-qualified finance, economics, commerce, or related discipline is required.
  • Completed or currently undertaking a Professional Year (PY) is essential.
  • RG146 compliance (or willingness to obtain) is mandatory.
  • Strong technical skills in portfolio construction, investment analysis, and financial modelling are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are critical.
  • A high attention to detail, initiative, and commercial acumen are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel; coding skills highly regarded.
