About the Gardening Support Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our team as a skilled Gardening Support Worker.

You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, providing support and guidance to volunteers with varying skills and abilities.

  • Previous experience in gardening is required;
  • Fantastic customer service skills;
  • Providing support and guidance to volunteers of varying skills and abilities;
  • A team player;
  • Good communication skills are written, interpersonal and verbal;
  • Basic computer and paperwork skills;
  • A safety-first approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself, clients, and the team;
  • Willing and able to keep up with the demands of a gardening role;
  • Willing and able to work across other services to spend time with customers

A Certificate in Horticulture or similar would be an advantage but not essential. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
