  4. Ensuring site compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Completing routine property inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Overseeing sustainability and ESG planning and reporting to ensure the portfolio remains environmentally responsible and socially conscious.

Requirements

  • A NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools.
  • A solution-oriented mindset to assess and address complex issues quickly and efficiently.
