About the Position

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a diverse territory, building strong relationships with rural retailers, and helping them achieve better outcomes for their businesses.

You will work closely with end-users, distributor clients, and key influencers to maximise sales revenue, margin, and volume of our products. You will develop sales plans required to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.

Your individual sales targets are aligned with the company's overall goals, and you will play a critical role in influencing large contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating these products, and providing training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Maximise sales revenue, margin, and volume of our products through extensive contact with end-users, distributor clients, and key influencers.
  • Sales Planning: Develop sales plans required to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence large contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating these products, and providing training.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience.
  • Qualifications: Agricultural related qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Purpose: Passion for farming.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
  • Training: Extensive training in the demonstration of our products.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and be away from home regularly.
