Monash University is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Clinical Registries Team as a Registry Communications Research Officer. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to drive consumer engagement and communications strategies for our Clinical Outcomes Data Reporting and Research Program (CORRP) registries and the Clinical Quality Registry (CQR) Hub.

About the Role

As a Registry Communications Research Officer, you will play a key role in advancing the communications and consumer engagement strategies of our registries. You will engage with stakeholders and consumers, drive key communications initiatives, and contribute to the successful execution of public engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing communications strategies to elevate the profile of our critical health registries
  • Engaging with stakeholders and consumers to drive key communications initiatives
  • Contributing to the successful execution of public engagement strategies
  • Maintaining and developing website content, newsletters, and social media platforms to effectively promote registry activities
  • Managing consumer engagement evaluations and creating infographics for key publications
  • Coordinating conference participation and promotional events
