Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC programmer and estimator to join our production team. This is a unique opportunity to work on world-class benchtops and custom designs.


The successful candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machinery for custom stone cutting, reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specs, collaborating with production teams to ensure accuracy, troubleshooting and refining machine programs for efficiency.


As the estimator role, the candidate will review project plans and specifications, calculate material, labour, and production costs, prepare accurate quotes and timelines for clients, and communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure clarity.


Key requirements include a stable and consistent employment history, experience in CNC programming, estimating, or technical planning, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and comfort working with technical documentation and software.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
