We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the development of our dealer network, ensuring brand compliance and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the rollout of our FAW dealer development plan, prioritizing alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all dealer facilities adhere to brand CI standards.
  • Monitor signage and visibility standards to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Coordinate updates from marketing and other departments to enhance customer facilities.
  • Liaise closely with dealer teams and external contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare detailed project updates and reports for senior management meetings.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess dealer performance.
  • Manage dealer account processes in partnership with the finance department.
  • Evaluate dealer display and communication material to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Support planning and execution of strategic marketing events.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing databases and coordinate training sessions.
  • Develop and deploy online training portals to enhance staff proficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on effective time management and prioritization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in OEM project management and dealer development.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including leadership and teamwork.
  • A valid Code 8 driver's license for frequent travel between locations.
