Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Section Waiter to join our team at Fink Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless table service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests
  • Manage table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and beverages
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • Ability to carry 3 plates
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Hold a valid RSA and have full Australian working rights
  • Available to work nights and weekends
