We are seeking an experienced Regional Sonographer Lead to oversee operations across 10 sites, ensuring exceptional patient care, clinical quality, and team performance.
- Lead a high-performing sonography team, championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Drive service improvements through collaboration with site leaders and national teams.
- Manage rostering, recruitment, and resource allocation across the region.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and safety practices.
Key responsibilities include providing training, supervision, and CPD opportunities for students and qualified staff. This role also involves working clinically to deliver advanced ultrasound services and participating in national projects.
We require at least 6 FTE years of post-qualification experience as a Sonographer, strong general and advanced sonography skills, and excellent communication skills. ASAR accreditation and a Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) in Clinical Sonography are also necessary.
