**Job Title:** Automotive Production Team Leader
Job Description:As a seasoned automotive professional, you will spearhead the production team by prioritizing tasks, managing workflow, and motivating your colleagues.
This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the repair centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize team and workflow through production planning and execution
- Ensure quality repairs are completed within agreed timelines and scopes
- Develop and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and productivity
- Verify accuracy of repairs at each stage and complete final sign-off
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
A key requirement for this position is previous collision repair experience in a leadership capacity, with a minimum of two years' experience. A qualification in panel beating or spray painting is highly desirable.
